SRS Labs Forms Long-Term Strategic Relationship with Microsoft

Microsoft Corp. Makes Equity Investment in SRS Labs, Inc.

(Nasdaq: MSFT) has made an equity investment in SRS Labs, Inc. In addition, the companies have entered into a strategic technology and marketing alliance.
