| LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS
WIRE)--Jan. 8, 2002--Fullplay Media Systems (OTC:FPLY), formerly Interactive Objects
(OTC:OBJX), today introduced the Darwin(TM) Digital Audio Jukebox at the 2002 Consumer
Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, Nev. Built using Fullplay's industry-standard Dharma(TM) development platform, the Darwin Digital Jukebox brings the world of Internet music into your living room, bridging the gap between your home stereo and your PC. As a standalone unit, the Darwin Digital Jukebox plays standard audio format CDs as well as MP3, WMA and AAC digital format CDs. What's more, it can encode CDs and other music (such as from a turntable or tape player) into a variety of MP3 sample rate formats and copy and store this music on its hard drive, providing quality digital music playback. Working in combination with your computer, it can link to the Internet and provide full access to the music you want, when and where you want it. The Darwin Digital Jukebox uses an Ethernet connection for fast, standardized connection to your PC, allowing content management from the desktop, music streaming from the computer, as well as Internet radio streaming and other networking features. ``Our goal with Darwin was to create a product that was as powerful as a computer but as simple to use as a CD player,'' said Dennis Tevlin, President and CEO of Fullplay.
